Cooking takes time and attention. Gambit helps with both. We’re developing two robotic arms powered by AI that understands what’s happening in the pan and decides what comes next. Gambit handles repetitive cooking tasks and asks for your help when needed, whether that’s tasting the sauce or draining the pasta. The goal is more home-cooked meals, with less stress and more time for family.

Gambit began with an AI assistant that guided people as they cooked. We focused on understanding what happens at the stove: how ingredients change, how heat affects them and when to act.
More than 18 months of real-world cooking data helped us build that foundation. Now that intelligence drives two robotic arms, taking Gambit from giving guidance to physically helping. Our team in New York is developing and testing the system as we prepare to bring it into homes.
